Shipping options

Your order is delivered by Swiss Post.

Delivery times

Delivery of your order takes approximately 2 – 3 working days. You will receive a notification as soon as the order has left our warehouse.

These delivery times are not binding. Should there be any delays, we will where possible inform you by e-mail about the current status of your order.

Delivery costs

Orders of CHF 50.- or more are delivered free of charge within Switzerland. Below that amount, a shipping contribution of CHF 4.50 is charged.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout Switzerland and the EU. Other countries on request only.

Delivery may be or become impossible due to unforeseen circumstances, in particular if a product can no longer be manufactured or supplied. In such a case Kolma AG may withdraw from the contract in whole or in part, without the customer having any right to a replacement delivery or to compensation. Payments already made by the customer will then be refunded without interest.
