General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions (hereinafter GTC) form an integral part of the contract between Kolma AG (hereinafter Kolma) and the customer. By placing an order you confirm that you have read the general terms and conditions and agree to them. The version of the GTC in force at the time the contract is concluded applies.

Offer, orders

All prices include VAT. The prices, product images and product descriptions shown are without guarantee. Delivery times and availability are subject to change, and errors excepted.

Delivery times

Products we hold in stock are processed and dispatched by us immediately after the order and payment have been received. Delays due to unavailability do not give rise to any claims on the part of the customer.

Shipping

Switzerland:
Shipping is free for orders of CHF 50.- or more. Below that amount, a shipping contribution of CHF 4.50 is charged.

Abroad:
The actual transport costs are charged. Depending on the country and the order value, import duties or fees may arise, which must be borne by the customer.

Transfer of risk

Benefit and risk in the ordered items pass to the customer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the company carrying out the transport.

Payment

Payment for products ordered in the online shop is made in advance; the available payment methods are published in the online shop.

Warranty

Kolma undertakes to exercise due care and supplies products of good quality. The warranty period is one year. Excluded from the warranty are defects for which Kolma is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interventions by the customer or third parties, excessive strain, unsuitable use or extreme environmental influences.

Right of return

There is no right to return products.

Products with quality defects should be returned to us, by prior arrangement, within 7 days in unused condition and in their original packaging, and we will send you a replacement.

Data protection

Kolma undertakes to comply with data protection requirements when processing customer data. Further information on the handling of customer data can be found in the separate privacy policy.

Legal notice

Should any provision of these general terms and conditions be ineffective or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the general terms and conditions as a whole.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the registered office of Kolma.
