Shipping and delivery
Which shipping options are available?
We ship with Swiss Post – standard delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of CHF 50.- or more are delivered free of charge within Switzerland.
Can I have my order sent to a different address?
You can enter a different delivery address before completing your order. To do so, tick the box “Ship to a different address” at the “Billing details” step.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–3 working days. These delivery times are not binding. If there is a delay, we will let you know by e-mail.
Returns and complaints
What do I do if I want to return an item?

The item is damaged.
We are sorry that your parcel arrived damaged. Please contact us at info@kolma.style and then return the item unused within seven days. Please note that we only accept returns agreed with us in advance.

Air mattress
Why does the Kolma air mattress cost more than other air mattresses?
The Kolma air mattress is made from first-class, extra-strong materials that make it last. It has a polyester coating for added comfort. The air mattress is UV-resistant, was designed in Switzerland, comes with 4 practical eyelets and is delivered in a high-quality cotton gym bag including a carrying strap for hanging or carrying the mattress.
Can the gym bag be bought separately?
No, the gym bag comes free with the air mattress. It is not available separately.
High Quality – what exactly makes the air mattress high quality?
The air mattresses are made from extra-strong material, are UV-protected and water-repellent – so they dry very quickly. The clever 5+1 air chamber system also ensures an optimal position in the water. The 2-way non-return valve stops air escaping while you inflate, and lets you deflate the mattress quickly and completely.
What material is the air mattress made of?
The air mattress is made of phthalate-free PVC with a polyester cover. Phthalate-free means the plasticisers used are harmless to health and are even suitable for children.

What is special about the valve on the Kolma air mattress?
The clever two-part 2-way valve makes inflating quick and effortless, and deflating just as fast. The integrated non-return valve stops air escaping while you inflate. To let the air out after use, simply open the whole valve completely.
Is a pump included?
No, a pump is not included. You can use any standard pump to inflate it. Have a look at the instruction video too.
What does UV-resistant mean?
UV-resistant means a material withstands ultraviolet radiation. Compared with products that are not UV-resistant, such materials become brittle less quickly and lose less quality when exposed to the sun over longer periods.
Beach towel
High Quality – what exactly makes the beach towels high quality?
The beach towels are made from first-class 500 g/m² terry cloth in 100 % cotton and can be hung up to dry thanks to a sewn-in loop. They also offer an exceptionally large surface (100 x 180 cm) and are Oeko-Tex certified.
What material are the beach towels made of?
The beach towels are made of 100 % cotton.
Are there any special care instructions for the beach towel?
Yes – to keep your beach towel looking good and working well for a long time, we recommend the following care: it can be machine washed at 60 °C. A tumble dryer on a low setting is fine for drying. Please do not iron and do not use bleach.
Toiletry bag
High Quality – what exactly makes the toiletry bags high quality?
The toiletry bags are made from first-class 500 g/m² terry cloth in 100 % cotton and close with a zip. Thanks to the plasticised inner lining your bag stays dry even if something leaks inside, and the contents are protected from sand or liquid from outside. The toiletry bags are also Oeko-Tex certified.
What material are the toiletry bags made of?
The outside of the toiletry bags is 100 % cotton and the inside is PVC.
Are there any special care instructions for the toiletry bag?
Yes – to keep your toiletry bag looking good and working well for a long time, we recommend the following care: it can be machine washed at 40 °C. A tumble dryer on a low setting is fine for drying. Please do not iron and do not use bleach.
Umbrella
High Quality – what exactly makes the umbrellas high quality?
At one metre in diameter, the umbrellas offer generous protection from the rain. Their well-thought-out construction makes them particularly storm-proof, and should the wind ever get too strong, the umbrella can be pushed back into shape at the press of a button, without any damage. The practical automatic button also lets you open and close it in one movement. The umbrella comes with a matching cover so it stays neatly stowed when closed.
What material are the umbrellas made of?
The umbrella canopy is made of sustainable RPET (recycled PET).
What does the button on the umbrella handle do?
The automatic button both opens and closes the umbrella and pushes it back into shape if a strong gust has turned it inside out.
Notebook
High Quality – what exactly makes the notebooks high quality?
All notebooks have a document pocket in the back cover, a bookmark ribbon and close with an elastic band. They also have 144 squared pages to write on.
