Your order will be delivered by Swiss Post – standard shipping.
Delivery times
The delivery time for your order is approx. 2–3 working days. You will receive a notification as soon as the order has left our warehouse.
These delivery times are non-binding. However, if there are any delays, we will inform you by email about the current status of your order wherever possible.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within Switzerlandare free of charge for orders of CHF 50.00 or more. If the order value is below this, a shipping and handling fee of CHF 8.95 will be charged..
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver throughout Switzerland. Other countries on request.
Delivery may be or become impossible due to unforeseen circumstances, in particular if a product can no longer be manufactured or delivered. In such a case, Kolma AG may withdraw from the contract in whole or in part, without the customer being entitled to a replacement delivery or compensation. In this case, any payments already made by the customer will be refunded without interest.
