These General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) form an integral part of the contract between Kolma AG (hereinafter referred to as “Kolma”) and the Customer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these T&Cs. The version of the T&Cs in force at the time of conclusion of the contract applies.
Offer, orders
All prices are inclusice of value-added tax. The prices, product illustrations and product descriptions listed are without guarantee. Delivery times and availability subject to changes. Errors and omissions excepted.
Delivery times
We will process products that we have in stock and send them out for delivery immediately after receipt of the order and payment. Delays due to unavailability do not give rise to any claims on the part of the Customer.
Shipping
Switzerland:
Shipping is free of charge from an order value of CHF 50.00. For orders under this amount, a shipping and handling fee of CHF 8.95 will be charged.
Abroad:
The actual transport costs will be charged. Depending on the country in question and order amount, import duties or fees may arise, which must be borne by the Customer.
Transfer of risk
The benefit and risk of the ordered items shall pass to the Customer as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the company carrying out the transport.
Payment
Payment for the products ordered in the online shop is made in advance. The available payment options will be published in the online shop.
Warranty
Kolma is committed to care and delivers its products in good quality. The warranty period lasts one year. Defects for which Kolma is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interventions by the Customer or third parties, excessive loads or strain, inappropriate use, or extreme environmental influences, are excluded from the warranty.
Return policy
There is no right to return products.
Products that have quality defects must be returned to us in unused condition and in their original packaging within 7 days, after prior consultation, and we will send you a replacement.
Data protection
When processing customer data, Kolma is committed to compliance with data protection regulations. Further information on the handling of customer data can be found in the separate Privacy Policy.
Legal notice
Should any provision of these T&Cs be invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the T&Cs as a whole.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes is the registered office of Kolma.
