Shipping and delivery

If your order has the status “open” you can still cancel or change your order. As soon as you are shown a different status, you will no longer be able to change or cancel it.

Shipping is by Swiss Post – standard shipping.

After the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail

Deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge for orders of CHF 50.00 or more.

You can enter a different delivery address before completing your order. To do this, in the invoice details step, tick “Send to a different address?

The delivery time of your order is 2–3 working days. These delivery periods are non-binding. In the event of a delay, you will be informed by email.
